GunPricr is a price board, reorder list, sales velocity view, and in-app alerts for firearm dealers. It helps a store compare prices, see what to reorder, and watch how fast items sell. It is software for a dealership. It is not a storefront.

Use GunPricr for a dealership you are allowed to run. Do not misuse the service, probe it for weaknesses, interfere with other stores, or use it to break the law. Do not upload data you have no right to use, and do not share a login you do not control.

Do not resell GunPricr data. Do not scrape it, republish it, or turn it into a feed for someone else. The board, the alerts, and the reports are for your store.

Monthly plans are Starter 100, Plus 1000, Pro 2500, and Unlimited. The number is how many UPCs that plan can hold. Unlimited has no plan cap. The monthly price is the price shown on the Billing page before you pay.

Plans are billed through Payroc Hosted Fields. Card data never reaches GunPricr. Payroc collects the card. GunPricr stores a subscription status, not a card number.

You cancel on the Billing page. If you cancel, or if the subscription lapses, the store drops to Starter. We keep your data.

There are no refunds for partial months unless the law requires a refund.

Pricing data is informational. Verify a price, a cost, and your own records before you buy, sell, or change a tag. GunPricr does not promise that a shown price is current, complete, or the right price for your store.

We do not sell firearms. We do not claim an FFL. You are responsible for your own licenses and for the law that applies to your store.

The service is provided as available. To the extent the law allows, Southern Iron Holdings LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including a pricing or ordering decision you make from the board. Liability for a claim is limited to the fees you paid for GunPricr in the month the claim arose, unless the law does not allow that limit.

We may suspend or end access if you break these terms, if a payment stays failed, or if we stop offering the service. You may stop using GunPricr at any time and cancel on the Billing page. Billing that is still owed, the liability limit, and Alabama law survive the end of access.

Alabama law governs these terms. A dispute is brought in the courts of Alabama, except where the law gives you a right you cannot waive.

We may change these terms. When we do, we change the date after Last updated on this page. If you keep using GunPricr after a change, the new terms apply.
